Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
